I found your website after doing a search for Austin competition bbq. I've grilled all my life and have only recently joined the addiction of smokers. I have a simple MES (Masterbuilt Electric Smoker) AKA smoker with training wheels, but I have had some very successful smokes. I'll try to keep up with your competitions and be rooting for you.
